Responsibilities for this Recruiter job include:
Assist Recruiting Coordinator with sourcing, screening, and identify qualified candidates for job opportunities
Assist Recruiting Coordinator with the on-boarding process by scheduling interviews
Assist with hiring process by verifying references, requesting backgrounds,
scheduling physicals and drug screens, following up on results, preparing offer letters.
Qualifications:
� High School Diploma or GED
� Minimum 2 years recruiting and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment; experience in a healthcare environment is a plus
� Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required
� Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) also required
� Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner
� Ability to build and maintain strong customer and client relationship
� Must have experience with application tracker
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Ability to handle multiple tasks, demands and deadlines while providing excellent customer service. Attention to details and ability to maintain confidentially. Ability to communicate well at all levels within the organization, read, write, follow up and carry out instructions.
