| Description: | Summary: Providing spiritual and religious support to residents/patients during the Sabbath and major Jewish holidays.
Reports To: Director, Pastoral Services

| Duties: | Essential Responsibilities:
1. Assist in leading Synagogue services for Sabbath and major Jewish holidays.
2. Conduct religious programming for Sabbath and major Jewish holidays for all residents/patients.
3. Provide pastoral visits and counseling for residents/patients.
4. Assist Director of Pastoral Services in providing the spiritual environment appropriate for Sabbath and Jewish holidays.
5. Assist in providing Kashruth supervision of all food preparation before and during Sabbath/Jewish holidays.
6. Other related duties as assigned.

| Qualifications: | Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor of Arts or Sciences
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Jewish communal service
Licensure: Valid driver�s license
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge of Jewish practices related to Synagogue, dietary laws, and Jewish holidays; to read Hebrew; ability to read communicate effectively including public speaking; ability to meet multiple demands and to perform job requirements on time.
